Sliding Fire Doors and Fire Roller Doors for Ships
Our specialty lies in the installation of sliding fire doors and fire roller doors primarily on ships. Similar fire doors are also installed in factories and parking garages. We provide door packages and their installation on a turnkey basis, from planning to testing and final inspection.
The installation of fire doors includes all mechanical adjustment work, door alignments, and demonstrations to the client before project handover. We carry out installations precisely according to the manuals, getting it right the first time. In addition to mechanical installation, we also handle the electrical work for fire doors. We offer maintenance services for fire doors as well.
Installation of Door Frames for Fire Doors
The installation of door frames is part of the fire door installation process on ships. Installing fire doors on ships requires careful work and often involves straightening door openings, especially when dealing with steel walls. Door frames are installed when the door opening is not straight or when the door needs to be brought outward from its opening. This mechanical fire door work requires special expertise.
The comprehensive installation work includes straightening and aligning door openings, installing door frames, and the final installation of fire doors. This is a significant work phase that must be completed before the door opening is in a condition to accommodate the fire door. We supply and install the door frames ourselves.
Emergency Exit Routes for Ships
We supply and install emergency exit routes and their equipment on ships. We ensure that emergency exit hatches, emergency exit stairs, and ladders are installed safely and durably.
Metalwork and Welding Safely

We perform these tasks with extreme care and in compliance with safety requirements.
