COSTA SMERALDA

The largest luxury cruise ship in the Mediterranean has 22 decks and 2600 upscale passenger cabins, accommodating approximately 6,500 passengers in total. This advanced vessel uses liquefied natural gas as its fuel, which has significant environmental impacts as it significantly reduces exhaust emissions, especially sulfur, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. We installed stocking barriers fire doors > Jansenstore and A60 fire-rated safety classified doors on the ship.

MARDI GRAS

Mardi Gras is an Excellence-class cruise ship operated by Carnival Cruise Line. It is the largest ship in Carnival’s fleet and the world’s first cruise ship to have its own roller coaster. Mardi Gras has a gross tonnage of 181,808 and a maximum capacity of 6,500 passengers. We supplied A0 fire-rated roller fire doors for the ship and performed all related mechanical work.

CARNIVAL CELEBRATION

Carnival Celebration is Carnival’s flagship. Like its sister ship Mardi Gras, it is an Excellence-class cruise ship. The ship has a gross tonnage of 183,521 and is 335 meters long. Celebration is Carnival’s largest ship and was completed in 2022. Similar to the sister ship Mardi Gras, we installed A0 fire-rated roller fire doors on this vessel and performed their installation work.

ICON OF THE SEAS

Upon completion, the world’s largest cruise ship, Icon of the Seas, measures 365 meters in length and approximately 50 meters in width. The colossal ship has a gross tonnage of 250,800 and a maximum capacity of nearly 10,000 passengers. A notable feature of the ship is the largest water park area ever seen on a cruise ship. We installed A60-class sliding fire doors, A0 fire-rated roller fire doors, as well as specialty doors, i.e., SWT doors and LWT doors, on the vessel.
